E-Waste — FAQs
Do you provide certificates of data destruction?
Yes — on request for business collections. We can provide data-wipe logs or destruction attestations depending on method used.
Can you pick up from offices or schools?
Yes — bulk pick-ups available. Palletise or box items if possible, and include an asset list for faster processing.
Do you accept batteries?
We accept lead-acid/UPS batteries. Please separate lithium and other chemistries; call us for guidance.
What items can’t you take?
Hazardous chemicals, CRT TVs/monitors, gas cylinders, and items containing refrigerant that haven’t been de-gassed.
