- Remove personal items & plates, if required.
- Have photo ID and proof you’re the owner or authorised.
- Clear access for tilt-tray: approx. 3m wide, 6m long.
- Tell us if tyres are flat or steering doesn’t work.
Please Avoid
- Loose fuel or fluids leaking. We can advise on draining.
- Pressurised LPG tanks still fitted, let us know first.
- Locked vehicles with no access to neutral/steering.
- General rubbish inside the cabin or boot.
